  3. Make small balls and press between the palm and make vadas..
  4. Take a pan..Heat oil and deep fry the vadas...
  5. Take them out half fried in a napkin.. press them flat gently and do second fry till cripsy..
  6. Serve vadas with green chutney or tomato sauce..
