  8. 2 tea spoon turmeric powder
  9. 1 tea spoon Red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 cup curd
  11. 1 tbsp cashew nuts paste
  12. 250 grms grated paneer
  13. 2 onion chopped
  14. 1 large tomato chopped 3 green chilli chopped
  15. as needed kishmish
  16. 2 tea spoon garam masala powder
  17. 1 tea spoon grated ginger
  18. 1 tea spoon grated garlic
  19. to taste Salt
  20. 1 tea spoon Sugar
  21. as needed White oil
  22. 1/2 cup fresh chopped coriander leaves

Steps to make Stuffed parwal (potoler Dorma)

  1. Clean the parwal and slightly peel off the skin. Take out the inner portion of the parwal by the help of a spoon's hand. Make a paste of that inner portion.
  2. For stuffing-- heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger garlic and green chilli saute for few seconds now add chopped onion cook till onion change it's colour.
  3. Add chopped tomato salt cook well. After 5 mins add grated paneer, kishmish and paste of that inner portion mix well stir constantly.
  4. After 10 mins add garam masala powder mix well. Put it aside for cooling down.
  5. Now stuffed it in parwal and marinate with salt and turmeric for 15 mins.
  6. Heat oil in another pan fry the stuffed parwal.
  7. For gravy--- add cumin seeds in the oil. After few seconds add onion paste, tomato paste, ginger garlic paste and green chilli cook for 7-8 mins.
  8. Now add curd and kashewnuts paste mix well cook for 5 mins.
  9. Add all the masala powder,salt,sugar cook for another 5 mins now add 1 and half cup of water.
  10. When the water started to boil add fried stuffed parwal cook for 5 mins add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves. Put the gas off.
  11. Serve it with roti,nun,puri.
