- Take chana Dal in a pressure cooker and add all the above ingredients mentioned for the patty mixture to it. Add little water just to cook the Dal. The mixture should be dry. Cook it in a pressure cooker till the 3 whistles. Once the air of the cooker is released automatically, open the lid of the pressure cooker. Wait till the mixture is cooled.

You can also add one slice of tomato and one slice of onion to this. I have skipped here as my daughter do not like the raw taste of onion and tomato. Above it keep another slice of Burger and repeat the process. I have prepared the Big(3 slices) burger. You can also make of 2 slices as per your choice.
