  2. 3 cups boiled corn
  3. 5 tomatoes
  4. 1 onion
  5. 2 bay leaves
  6. 5-6 garlic cloves
  7. 7-8 Cashews
  8. 3-4 curry leaves
  9. 1 teaspoon jeera
  10. 2 red chillies
  11. 2 tbsp paneer masala
  12. 1 1/2 tsp salt
  13. 1 teaspoon haldi
  14. 1 teaspoon Jeera powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  16. 2btbsp fresh cream

Steps to make Paneer corn curry

  1. First of all corn and paneer should be boiled separately.
  2. After than cut all tomatoes, onion and garlic into small pieces.
  3. Then take a pan, put on the gas flame, at medium flame heat them, then insert oil when heated put Jeera, Tejpatta, curry leaves and red chillies. After two to three minutes of cooking add onion mix well.
  4. Then add chopped garlic and kaju, again mix well and cook for two minutes.
  5. Then put chopped tomatoes and add haldi powder, PANEER MASALA and Jeera powder mix well and cook for five minutes.
  6. After then cool it at room temperature then grind it well with little amount of water.
  7. After then again take a pan put on the gas flame, heat them at medium flame add half table spoon of oil, then put one Tejpatta with grinded masalas, fresh cream mix well.
  8. Then add boiled corn one table spoon of PANEER MASALA, and salt mix well.
  9. Then add half glass of water, then cover it at low flame cook it until, water is becoming some how absorb and become semi dilute.
  10. Then finally add, boiled paneer in a shape of heart, and garnish with coriander leaves and serve with steam rice, green salad and papad.
