- 1 cup curd
- 2 -green Chilli finely chopped
- 1 -Small piece of ginger grated
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp asafoetida (Hing)
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp eno fruit salt
- For tempering :-
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp white sesame
- 10 -Curry leaves
- 1 tsp asafoetida
Instructions to make Suji Instant Lahsuni Dokla
- Soak suji with curd and little water if needed.After 10-minutes add salt,ginger,green chilli garlic,hing and water as needed mix properly.

- Meanwhile boil water in a big kadai and place greased round plate to steam dhokla.Add oil in dhokla batter & on oil add eno fruit salt and mix in one direction very fast and immediately pour batter in greased mould sprinkle red chilli powder on top cover and put heavy stone on covered plate.Stem for 20-minutes.


- Heat oil for tempering add mastard,sesame,curry leaves and Hing.Pour on steamed dhokla with spoon.
