- Take a tamarind pulp pour it in a wok. Then add sugar and water to it. Cook the mixture till the sugar dissolves completely

- Once the sugar start boiling add black salt, sea salt, ginger powder, Garam masala, red chilli powder, raisins to it.

- Mix all the ingredients properly and let it cook till the consistency of chutney becomes little thick.
- It takes 7-8 minutes.
- To check the consistency pour it from spatula, it falls little slow.
- Chutney is ready. Let it cool down. Roast some melon seeds and add it to chutney to give nutty flavor.
