- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder

- 1 tbsp Ginger Almond Paste
- to Taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream/Malai
- 3 Cups Water
- as needed Coriander Leaves to Garnish
Instructions to make Matar paneer
- Heat oil in a wok.Add sliced onions. Saute till turns brown.
- Blend onions with garlic & tomatoes to make smooth paste.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok. Add 1 sliced onion & saute for two minutes.
- Add prepared paste & cook till corner leaves oil.
- Add garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, Almond garlic paste & coriander powder. Mix & cook for another 1 minute.
- Add peas & cook at low flame for 5 minutes. Splash a dash of water if the mixture sticks to the bottom.
- Add cream/malai & mix.
- Add water & cook for 5 minutes or till peas become soft enough.
- Add paneer cubes & mix. Cook at low flame for 1 minute.
