Take oil in a big pan add tej patta,laung,elaichi,blackpeppercorns,cinnamon stick saute add the 3 big chopped tomatoes and let it cook till it turns into gravy now add the marinated chicken (make sure you remove the charcoal piece from inside) and cook once all the water is soaked and chicken is cooked completely add the fried onions mix it add mint leaves mix lastly add fried potatoes mix it well!
