  3. Add the rice and lentils and also add the stock. Bring to simmer, cover and cook for 25 minutes with stirring every 5 minutes. Continue until the lentils are creamy.
  4. Add chopped spinach and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with warm chapatis.
