Now add turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and saute for few seconds. Now add tomato keychup, sugar, garam Masala.
- Mix well and saute for few seconds.Add 2-3 tsp water and keep on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Add the boiled & fried eggs and mix. Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle some chaat masala.
