- 1 tsp kitchen king masala

- First of all blanch onions in hot water. (cut each onion into 4 parts and blanch)
Similarly, poke tomatoes with a knife and blanch.Grind both onions and tomatoes individually and prepare both pastes.Heat 2 tbsp oil +2 tbsp butter in heavy bottomed pan. (Reserve remaining oil and butter for tadka)Add jeera to oil.when jeera crackles add hing.Now add onion paste and cook till golden.Add ggc paste.once onions are golden add salt,haldi,red chili powder, coriander powder. Stir and add tomato paste.
- Cook this till gravy stands on oil.Add kitchen king masala and garam masala.Mash some kasoori methi with your hands and add to it. Now add Kaju paste and some water to avoid sticking at bottom.At this stage u can add paneer, cheese, veggies as per your choice.(I add paneer 200g&50g cheese cubes which marinated in1spoon curd,Kashmiri red chili pow 1tsp and pinch garam masala)Cook for few mins.Your gravy is ready.Now tadka us main to give restaurant style effect, taste and colour. ready to serve.
