- 1 cup Semolina/Rava/Suji
- 1/2 cup curd
- 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut
- 2 tbsp grated carrot
- 2 tbsp chopped cabbage
- 1 tbsp chopped tomato
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp green chilli paste
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- as required Oil/ghee/butter
Instructions to make Semolina-Veggies Mini Uttapam
- Take a mixing bowl add semolina, curd,cabbage, carrot, tomato, salt, ginger, coconut and green chilli paste mix well add water to make thick batter. Keep aside for two minutes.
- Check the consistency. Add water if required. The batter should be thick. Add baking powder and mix well.
- Heat a non stick tawa/pan on a high heat. Sprinkle water and wipe with a cloth.
- Pour a spoonful of batter and spread evenly to make Mini Uttapam. Make four Uttapam in a one time.Cook it on a medium heat. Pour some oil/ghee/butter on the top and sides.
- One it is cooked from one side, flip it and cook it from another side too. Transfer to a serving plate.
- Delicious 'Suji Mini Uttapam ' serve with sauce green chutney and coconut chutney.
