- 1 cup fresh green peas
- 1 chopped capsicum

- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Chopped ginger
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
- 1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
- 1 tsp Chaat masala (to sprinkle)
- As needed Bread crumbs as required
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- As needed Cashews (kaju) cut in halfs
- Salt as per taste
- as needed Cooking oil for deep frying
Steps to make Hara bhara kebabs
- In a nonstick pan heat 1 tsp. Cooking oil, as it's hot add 1 tsp. Jeera, 1 tsp. Chopped ginger, 2 to 3 chopped green chillies, stir and add 1 chopped capsicum, fry for a min. & add 1 cup fresh green peas, fry for 2 minutes, now add 1 bunch Palak (washed and chopped) and cook the vegetables until moisture evaporates. Now add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp. Haldi powder, fry it for a min. And remove from flame & keep aside to cool. As it cools transfer it in a mixer jar and grind it, and



- Remove it in a mixing bowl. Add 2 mashed potatoes to it, 1 tsp. Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp. Amchur powder & salt as per taste and mix it properly. Now add 2 tbsp. Cornflour & mix it, & add 5 tbsp. Bread crumbs & mix all the mixture properly. Our Kebab's mixture is ready. Lets prepare kebab's. Take a small portion of mixture in your hand, roll it and flatten it and place hafly chopped cashew on kebab, press it and coat the kebab with bread crumbs. Same ways keep all the kebab's ready..



- For deep frying. Heat good amount of cooking oil in a pan, as it's hot add the kebabs in it carefully one by one, & fry them on both the sides on a medium flame until they turn golden and crispy. As it's done remove it on an absorbant paper and sprinkle some chaat masala on the Kebabs.. And our HARA BHARA KEBAB'S are ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney and enjoy it.
