    Keep stirring till gudd dissolves.
    Now add 2 cup fresh grated coconut.
    Keep stirring evenly, till it becomes thick.
    Avoid sticking.
    Lastly add 1 tsp cardamon powder.
    Put off the gas let cool in room temperature.
  4. Now make small thin puri from this dough, place some saran according to your modak size.
    Give the shape of the modak.
  5. Keep water for boiling and keep modaks for steam like idli for 20 mints.
