- Add 1 tbsp oil into pan and fry eggs adding salt,1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1 tsp tandoori masala.Keep aside. Add 1&1/2 tbsp oil into the same pan. Add cumin seeds and cardamom. Add onion. Let it be golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 1 minute. Add tomato and salt. Cook until tomato will be soft. Add coriander powder,.Add capsicum. Mix well. Add 1 cup of water and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes in low flame. Add 1&1/2 tsp grated cheese and coriander leaves. Add fenugreek leaves.
