- 1 mace
- 2 cloves
- 1small cinnamon
- 4 green cardamom
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 cup tomatoes purée
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- to taste Salt
- 6-8 cashews paste
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- For garnish
- as needed Cream and grated paneer
Steps to make Palak kofta curry
- Roast gramflour on low heat till aroma start.
- Grind spinach, ginger garlic and green chilli without adding water.
- Mix Palak purée, roasted besan and all other ingredients.Keep this batter in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator, oil hands, take ball sized batter and shape them round.
- Deep fry all koftas in high heat.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil, add whole garam masala.Add onion, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and cumin powder to onion.
- Add tomato purée, cashew paste and green coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with any flat bread.
