- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- 8 green chillies
- 1 onion paste
- 1 tbsp coconut paste
- 8 almond/cashew paste

- 1 tsp roasted Cumin powder
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 & 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/3 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 cardamom
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 inch cinnamon
Steps to make Malai prawn
- Add 1&1/2 tbsp butter to pan. Add 1/2 tsp turneric powder and little bit salt to prawns and fry slightly and keep aside. Add rest of butter to pan. Add cardamom and cinnamon. Add onion and garlic paste. Saute for 2 minutes.



- Add 4 green chillies paste, turmeric powder. Add coconut paste and amond paste. Saute for 1 minute. Add beaten curd.mix well.



- After 2 minutes add cumin powder,garam masala powder. After 1 minute add coconut milk. When starts to boil add prawns.Cook in medium flame.After 5 minutes add slitted green chillies and coriander leaves. After 2 minutes add
