- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 1 teaspoon sonf
- 1 teaspoon mustard & fenugreek seeds
- 1 pinch hing
- 1 tablespoon kasuri methi
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 mid size onion
- 5 to 6 garlic clove
- As Per Taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli & haldi powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder & garam masala powder
Steps to make Dahi wale Aloo
- Potato cut in mid-size. Shallow fry it for 2 to 3 min, keep aside. Add haldi, chilli & salt in dahi. Mix it properly and keep it aside.


- Now make masala of onion & garlic. Grind it & make a smooth paste. Now in a pan add more oil, roast all sabut dry spices & bay leaf.


- When spices crack, add onion masala & roast it. Also, add leftover dry spices. Roast it properly & add the curd mixture.


- Mix it & cover it for the proper roast. It takes some time because masala & curd mix together & turn into the best aroma.


- When oil leaves the pot, add potato pieces to it. Turn it up & down for 1 min add some water drops & cover it. Cook it on mid-flame.
