- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger and kashmiri mirch powder & saute for 30-40 seconds.

- Add khajur paste in pan. Add sugar, salt and chat masala also. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low medium flame. Check it's consistency depending upon it's uses.

- Khajur Mirch chutney is ready and I used it for Batata Puri & Bhel Puri.
