Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Sabudana Vada:
- 1 bowl sabudana
- 2 big potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup crushed roasted peanuts
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 2-3 chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Steps to make Sabudana Vada
- Wash the sabudana 4-5 times and soaked in minimum water, overnight or 6-7 hours.


- Take a bowl add soaked sabudana and all ingredients except oil and mix it properly well and make a dough.


- Take a small portion of the dough and make a ball then flate it as shown in fig.

- Now heat oil in a kadai put the vada and fry on medium hot oil until the golden brown and crispy on the both sides, and take out on the absorbent paper.


- Sabudana Vada is ready. Serve with chatni or sauce.
