- 1 roughly chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- As Per Taste Salt
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp ghee for additional tadka
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 1/2 red chilli powder
- 1 small bay leaf
- Pinch hing
- 1 small Green chilli and ginger piece
- 2-3 garlic cloves optional
- 1 clove
- 1 cinnamon

- Wash and Boil the Tuvar add chopped onions and tomatoes and give 4-5 whistles.

- Beat nicely and now take the pan add oil and Cummins plus hing and fry the Dal.
