  2. 2 tbspn semolina
  3. 2 pinch turmeric or yellow food colour
  4. 1/2 tspn salt
  5. 3 lemon juice
  6. 150 ml water
  7. 10 gm Eno fruit salt
  8. leaves Coriander
  9. 2 tspn cooking oil
  10. 1 sprig Curry leaves
  11. 6 sliced green chillies
  12. 1 tspn mustard seed
  13. 2 tbspn sugar
  14. 300 ml Water

Instructions to make Perfect DHOKLA

  1. Sieve the gram flour in a bowl add semolina,turmeric,half quantity of lemon juice(3 lemon's half quantity mention it above)salt and water,make a smooth paste,rest it for 20 minutes
  2. Take cooker on gas,add water to boli,remove whistle and rubber of lid,after boiling the water put the ring on which you put the tin
  3. Grease the tin with oil,after 20 minutes add some chopped coriander leaves and Eno,stir the batter quickly,our dhokla batter becomes soft and fluffy,kept these tin in cooker on the ring,and kept the lid on cooker on medium flame for 18 minutes.
  4. After 18 minutes off the flame of gas and check it with toothpick,if toothpick remove cleanly then your dhokla is perfectly ready
  5. Take tadka pan on the gas add oil in it...when oil becomes hot add mustard seeds when it crackles add curry leaves green chillies(slit it in 2 portion)add water sugar and salt and half of lemon juice.
  6. When dhokla is ready then it take out from tin and pour your tadka on them,now it's ready to serve😋😋😋yummmm
