- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- as required Ginger garlic paste
- as per taste Salt

- For curry- take a kadhai
- Heat oil
- Add finely chopped onions
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add finely chopped tomatoes
- Saute for 5min
- Add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Goda masala (garam masala)
- Mix well
- Add 2cups of boiling water
- Add moong vadi

- Cover and cook for 10min on low flame
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with chapati,aamras and papad
