  1. Mushroom ๐Ÿ„ Marinade: for 15 to 30 mins
  2. 200 gms Mushroom
  3. 2 tbsp Curd/Yogurt
  4. 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  6. 3/4 tsp Garam masala
  7. 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
  8. 2 tsp Besan/Chickpea flour
  9. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  10. 1/2 tsp Dried Fenugreek leaves/kasoori Methi

  12. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste

  30. 1 tsp Oil
  31. Marinated Mushrooms

Instructions to make Mushroom Tikka masala

  2. Add all the ingredients under Marinade & add cleaned mushrooms. Mix & let it sit for about 15 to 30 mins.
  3. In a pan, add Oil, Cashews & Cumin seeds. Then add Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, salt to cook the Onions faster. Cook until raw smell goes.
  4. Then add Tomatoes & cook till mushy. Add Turmeric, Chilli, Cumin, Coriander & Garam masala powders. Let it cook for 2 mins. Remove from heat, cool & Grind to fine paste.
  5. In another pan, add Butter & Oil to fry the mushrooms. Once hot add the mushroom & fry till it is completely cooked. Set aside.
  6. In the same pan, add oil if needed. Add Bay leaves & fry for a minute. Then add the ground Onion Tomato paste. Cook for 2 mins. Add Water if needed.
  7. Then add the prepared Mushroom tikka into the sauce. Cook for 5 mins.
  8. Add Sugar. Check & adjust Salt. Then Garnish with Coriander or Dried Fenugreek leaves/Kasoori methi.
  9. Enjoy the delicious restaurant style gravy with Roti, Chapathi or Rice.
