- 7 cup water
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 inch cinnemon piece
- 6 cloves
- 4 green cardemom
- 1 star anise
- 1 black cardemom
- 2 strands mace
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds optional shahi jeera
Instructions to make Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani
- Slice onions thinly seprate layers set aside. Heat oil in deep pan fry onions until golden brown remove set aside.

- Add ghee cover pot with foil cover with tight and heavy lid. Place this over thick hot tawa cook for 20 min. on lowest flame cook for 15 min.
- Garnish with fresh green coriander leaves.
