- Mash some potatoes to thicken gravy & keep some whole.

- In pan add oil, rai.Add mashed potatoes.Saute 5.minutes.Add curd. saute 5 minutes.Add haldi, mirchi, jeera, black pepper powder.



- Add salt,some water. Boil 5 minutes,
